A cooperation of Signal-Werk, Schicht-Werk and CUEPOINT
Building loudspeakers yourself or using them at events requires three things: a correctly designed enclosure, precisely manufactured parts and safe operation. Three divisions combine their tools and services for this – each in its own field.
Process
- Design – Calculate enclosure and port with the enclosure calculator
- Hand over – Save the port data set in the enclosure calculator and load it in the part generator
- Manufacture – Produce ports and marking templates by 3D printing
- Measure – Confirm the tuning with an impedance measurement
- Operate – Check sound levels, staff exposure and stack stability before use

3D-printed ports with flange, plug-in segments and marking templates to the calculated dimensions, as contract manufacturing to customer specification.
CUEPOINT
Sound safety
Checking aid for audience sound levels, staff noise exposure and stability of ground-stacked loudspeakers – as preparation, not as a substitute for a competent assessment.
The three tools are part of this page; each carries the design and details of the responsible division.
Not part of the cooperation
- no finished loudspeakers and no electronics
- no legal or regulatory advice
- no work for armaments, military, weapons or dual-use aviation
Responsibility and disclosure
Signal-Werk, Schicht-Werk and CUEPOINT belong to the same sole proprietorship. Presence and responsibility remain separate: Signal-Werk is responsible for the calculation tool and measurement, Schicht-Werk for manufactured parts as contract manufacturer, CUEPOINT for the sound safety check.
All tools calculate locally in the browser only: no account, no cookies, no data collection.
